Nut & Volts Magazine Publication Rate

I have a subscription to N&V magazine, but haven't received an issue in over a year. It appears there haven't been any. What is the publication rate? My account status says I have 8 issues remaining, but at this rate it will take a decade to get 8 issues. What's the story?
