I think this is a genuine request for help with a part identification, the website is a Serbian broadband/cable company, and this poster has also posted to the CNC Forum for the machinist community.

Hi,

This sounds like a last resort attempt to find out a value
of a resistor in a given circuit on a certain circuit board.
I think all they are asking for is the value of that resistor
and dont seem to be directing anyone to any spam website.
I think they are desperate to find the part so hopefully
someone has some idea what they are looking for.
i have no idea myself.
