Looking for MCM6264CP**

Looking to buy about 3 - 5 chips <MCM6264CP>. It's a fast static RAM with 28 pins. It can any access times but I would like 20ns

Jameco has all kinds of them. I don't know how fast you need them to be, but they have them in speeds ranging from 120ns to 55ns. The various 6264s all sell for under $3 each, and about 30 cents cheaper if you buy 10 or more. They stock both regular and low power versions of each. Check out stock number 42921 as an example.<p>www.jameco.com

Thank you both for the information, I did find some and had order them. I do get the Jameco catalog but didn't see them nor did I go to the web sight in thinking that they didn't have this out of date item. Next time I'll look a little harder. BEN

Jameco, Digikey, or wherever, you are looking for 8kx8 static RAM. You are expecting a 28 pin DIP too I think. The actual numbers don't matter, so you may well not find your original type. Match the specs adn you have the part.
