DB9 to DB9 Mini Tester Scheatic or Plans

Anyone have plans for a com port DB9 to DB9 mini tester. I know they make the 25 pin mini testers but I do not have one to take apart to check it out.

Why not use the DB25 tester with two DB25/DB9 adaptors? Since you know the wireing of the DB25/DB9, the unused lines will show as open.
