IFR510

Hi, I have been looking for a power mosfet #IFR510, and can't find one in town. they keep on telling me if is a IRF510 and I said no. I need IFR510. is this an old number or what because I bought one before. can anybody help??? or is there a replacement. thank you.

The IRF510 was replaced by the IRF510A, but that is also
obsolete. There are many candidates to replace this part,
depending upon your application.

Can you define the specs that you need?

Odds are the IFR is a typo of the IRF or maybe a competing brand. You are looking for a power mosfet right.
