I've got bags of 74xx chips. more than 2 lbs. Yours for the shipping+. Yes, the original TTL parts. Maybe a few 74Sxx. As an added bonus, there are quite a few ECL chips - MC10xxx.

terms: you pay for shipping plus $1 for packaging+gas (to drive to the ups store).

PM me.

Well, I don't have any need for TTL but the ECL could prove handy. They're the insanely fast ones, right? I might need a counter or two for a front end on a freq. counter.

Actually, now that I think of it there are a few chips I could use. 74_240s would definitely be useful for quite a few things, particularly the hc or hct family. A few 74f04s could be used to make some one-off oscillator modules.

But the real question is whether or not you have the time and inclination todivvy up the parts or even have folks drop by to poke through them. Even if so, I'm not likely to be going that way for at least a month.

Have you contacted the local robotics club? Does a school have an electronics class?

I have been getting creative again lately but I come to a screeching halt when I don’t have the chip I want in my minimal collection. I would be grateful to get any that you have left.

Philba was nice enough to send those chips to me. I have quite a few of the ones listed below. A lot of others, I have not very many but more than I need. Some are LS but most are not. They were swept up from the floor where he worked so some have bent pins. You are welcome to some at the same deal Philba gave me. Just postage.
I wanted a variety on hand to play with as ideas popped into my mind. I got what I wanted and then some. What do you need / want?

74LS00 Quad 2-Input Positive NAND Gate
74LS04 Hex Inverter
74LS08 Quad 2-Input AND Gate
74LS157 Quad 2-1 Data Selector/Mux
74LS163 Sync 4-Bit Binary Counter
74LS266 Quad 2-Input Exclusive NOR Gate with OC Output
MC10124 QUAD TTL TO MECL TRANSLATOR
MC10125 QUAD MECL TO TTL TRANSISTOR
MC10130 DUAL LATCH
MC10132 2-Line Digital Multiplexer - Latched Output
MC10133 Quad Latch
MC10136 UNIVERSAL HEXADECIMAL COUNTER

I want them

So how do I pay for them? I have never worked with this site before. Do you want to give me your address and have me mail a check or is there some PalPay thing I can use? I have an email account we can use. [email protected]. Let me know the shipping cost and of course I will send you the "traveling money".
