I would like a conversation with someone experianced in building electronics, preferably as a hobby. Working with 12v or a flashlight type battery. I need a button connected to a delay timer (adjustable in 10th,100th, and 1000th of a sec.), which then connects to a vibrating buzzer or device capable of giving a weak shock.

I'm seeing a circuit that would deliver a shock to some one/or/thing, but of what duration after it starts operating ? The real killer is the
delay time(s) after initialization....1/10th sec is fast ..... but 1/100th sec and 1/000th sec after push button activation? Could you expound upon the intended utilization of this apparatus ?<p>Edd Whatley
