NEED DATA FOR IC CHIPS

Post by 777greg » Sun Sep 01, 2002 1:28 pm

I am working on some projects that need power drivers. I have a bunch of NPN Darlington Arrays that I have salvaged from old dot matrix printers but I don't have the exact pin-out or current (ma / A) information.

There is an "FT" series, such as FT5761
There is an "MP" series, such as MP4501

There is an MTA001 that appears to have 9 darlingtons in it.

Also,

Does anyone know what happened to the "TEC" line of intergrated circuits? They created the "EC" line of chips. I have a number of their arrays and other power controllers but it is as if the company and all information never existed.

I am particularly interested in the EC-A043.

There is also the EC-A051 & EC-A063 that I would like information on.

Information on down-loading data sheets would be great, but even accurate pin-outs would be fine.

I appreciate any information that can be provided.
