lower than 40 degree thermostat

Can someone point me in the right direction, I am looking for a digital thermostat that has the range of a refrigerator or better, that can trip a relay to turn off a chiller, would like the temp range to be below 5 degrees. thanks.

Ouchie on those prices. Dewyer/love controls has one for around 50 bucks.

You might try Omega. They have a wide range of stuff like that. Good luck,

Tiptemp has a nice "under 100 bucks" simple controller.<p> We used one like it for our 500 to 5000 gallon chemical tanks. Series 480.<p>Ignore their price screw up? I paid 89 bucks for it this year, so the $790 marking has to be incorrect?<p>[ October 25, 2005: Message edited by: Chris Smith ]</p>

If you don't mind the electronics work, the Dallas DS1620 could be used in such an application.
