I have a TFT LCD, but I think the brightness is not high enough, so I want to adjust the brightness myself.

If you alter the control, is there any change in brightness ? Is the control enabled ?

Is it lower than when it was new? Are you hunting a failure or do you just want it to be brighter. If it has n OSD, that means it is a digitally controlled DC to DC converter somewhere and without a schematic, modifying it may not be practical. If there is a failure making it too dim, then maybe you can find the bad component or maybe its the actual backlight lamp. Is the backlight the smaller flex cable at the bottom?
