REFUSEABLE PROJECT - SEPTEMBER 2009 uses a PIC.
Anyone out there build this project? Built one, does not work as advertised, looks like potential board layout issues on pin 18 and 2 of the uP. Essentially, software runs (goes to PRG, SELECT CURRENT works, AC / DC works, then..), but does not measure current. Relay is basically running at a 50% duty cycle (on - off), but does not indicate current on display when measuring across open fuse...Am I missing something here - already knew board layout does not allow direct relay connections, but have connected per schematic in original article...
Any ideas?
