Solar Dancer

Hi -
I'm looking for a device called a "Solar Dancer," a linear motor that is used in Point-of -Purchase advertising.
It is plastic - approx 1" X 2" X 3" and has a pendulum that is expended past the pivot, to which a sign is affixed. The unit is self starting when exposed to a bright light and will wave a sign with the advertiser's message.
I could use a dozen(?), maybe more if my application catches on. OR they can be battery powered.
Do you know of a source, have a schematic (for sale) or have the gizmo in a kit?
Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
