Air pressure, not heat, drives the internal combustion engine.

On what planet?

You have a serious need of an education.

Back to the math for your silly response and engine, do it, then tell me all about the realities of this world, energy, transfers, and all the other reasons needed to make an object move.

Call me in 30 years, I did my basics for more than three in college in the early 70s, an apprentiship complete, then I learned welding, then AC, Machine work, then electronics, then I went onto some physics and a dab in chemistry.

All long before the 90s.

What education have you done?

I'm smart enough to spot a guy who is a blow hard, and quite F-O-S. I'll bet plenty of other members of this forum know this even better than I, since I drop in here rarely.

You couldn’t spot a flea on a dog if it was painted just for you.

Get a job, get an education long before your open your mouth and remove all doubt that your are a complete idiot.

How many wasted classrooms from idiots like you?

Thank you for your treasure....

.......I cant forget such a piece of pure stupidity, not even in the next 30 years!

WOW, 40?

I retired before I was twenty and traveled the whole world, twice, then I retired in my 30s and saw most of the US, then I retired before I was 50,...... and now for the last 12 years, [and no Im not 62] I only do what I want, learn what I want, and couldn’t care less for those who are too lazy to learn the basics, ....much like you.

Your a waste of good time, others actually care.

You don’t know squat, and each and every post ensures to the rest of the world of this position.

Your kind doesn’t matter, they just piss in the ear, and tell others its raining.

Do Grow up. SOON

Please pardon me. I'll have to correct my thermodynamics engineering texbook and inform the publisher immediately.

The man is starting a regular internal combustion car engine. It could be he doesn't know about technical things like this. TV reporters are not very technically inclined.

Unless it needs some flywheel and crankshaft action underway before taking off. Which is almost surely true.
Oh yes of couse. Steam locomotives always have flywheels and rev up before engaging the clutch and leaving the station.
