Video Card had a compatibility Issue with a ASUS Motherboard.
I replaced it with a Geforce GTX 1060, and sent the PNY Geforce GTX 970 back to PNY for testing.
The paper work that came back with the Video Card, showed that it passed they're testing.
It was tested by PNY Technologies 10/18/2017.
