GE Super Radio 3

Looking if anyone has any information how to hook up an external signal meter to this radio. Only thing in my search is said to hook it up to the speaker leads. I thought there was a test point I could connect to as a signal reference.

I found this Manual/Schematic.

If you look at the schematic.
There is a test point (TP4) going in to IC 001 at pin 2.
Maybe you can tap in to that?
