Impending Forum Milestone

Post by CeaSaR »

For all of us old timers on here, we have memories of one prolific member. I can't say what types of memories you have, but none the less, the name Chris Smith brings back a time when the board was quite active. He has been the top poster for as long as I've been a member.

Well, it seems that we are on the verge of a new leader. dacflyer is but 1 post away from tieing Chris for the lead.

I post this because it has only taken approximately 11-1/2 years to catch up to him, since his last post was 04 Sep 2007 12:55 am. I will be watching the posts and the member list to see when this happens.

Come on DAC! You can do it!

Yes, congratulations for Dacflyer !
It has been many years; from the days of Chris and 'pulling rice'.

The earliest group that I remember originated middle nineties at a Microsoft forum, then migrated to a Popular Electronics forum, then to Electronics Now before Nuts&Volts -if I have it right-
- Abolish the deciBel ! -

It could be a dubious honor, except that 'dacflyer's content sure is better"
Congrats!

Congratulations dacflyer!!! This post tied and your post about your WIFI clock has broken the longstanding record. And nary a contrarian disagreement of epic proportion in sight.
