
Anyway, I've been working in my new lab of my extra bedroom and decided to make a simple CCS.
I'm not sure what all I can upload but I'll try to upload the photos.
It's pretty accurate. Better than 1 %. You can choose anything from 1.2mA to 128mA in increments of 1mA. I'm already using this a lot. The only drawback is that I had to measure each resistor with a 4 1/2 digit multimeter to get the accuracy, and then parallel a few to get the right resistance.
This is a great circuit for testing LEDs at the current that I'll be using for many of my circuits. I've also tested the LUX output of many of my LEDs at specific LED currents chosen using this device.
