what can I use a 13CW4 for?

i was going through my junk and found a box labeled Sylvania electronic tube. On the side is the code # 13CW4, and there are two small metal can tubes inside it. I searched google and all I could find is that it costs $25 a piece new. What can I use it for?<p>thanks, Mike

The first number (13) is usually the filament voltage. 13 is a really odd number, I never saw a 13 volt tube altho some television series string tubes were odd voltages. RCA made a small metal cased tube called "nuvistor" in the 1960s, the 6CW4 was a triode. I remember using one in an op amp front end before the FET was invented. If the 13CW4 is the same tube, it would make a good vhf or uhf amplifier.
