Timer that will turn on appliance from 1-5 minutes

Looking for a timer circuit that will close a relay hourly and
can adjust closure time from 1-10 minutes. Want relay to
be able to handle 5-10 amps. Any help or referrals will

what about an X-10 appliance relay? you can set it for whatever amount of time, time of day, etc.. also they have regular programmable relays.. remote..
