Dial Tone

Anyone know what the frequency of a dialtone is? Is it one frequency or two frequencies combined, and what are they?<p>Thanks to anyone who can help...

350Hz and 440Hz combined.<p>Other countries may use different dial tone frequencies simply because they choose a different standard way back when.
