Membrane switch

Hi There
Does anyone know where I might be able to find an off-the-shelf membrane switch with 4 buttons. I need Up/Down/Enter/Reset and the switch will be on the right of a 4 x 20 lcd display.

Thanks much for the info on the digikey part no. This switch would work for the application. Ideally though I was looking for a diamond layout with Up/Down at top and bottom and Back/Enter in the middle - would be a little bit easier to ensure right button is pressed and be a little more intuitive in layout. Currently are using tactile switches (with different coloured buttons) in this same layout and seems to work well.
