I would like to hear some questions you would ask the interviewer while on your interview.
I have 3 yrs experience with a good company. During this time I've had my resume online to see if i get any bites... and I got one! I would hate to leave a good company for a company that dies in the near future.
These where some questions that I had... maybe you can add to the list.
How many people work here?
How many programs/contracts do you have?
When was the last layoff?
How heavy is the work load?
-Hours a week?
-Do you have contracts that are late out the door that I would be working on?
Do you provide outside training?
Do promote within the company?
Thanks for the input

How many sick days a year do I get?
How fast do I earn vacation days?
How many personal days are there?
Do I get my birthday off?
What's the company policy on chat rooms and cell texting?
Oh, wait. Maybe those are the questions you're NOT supposed to ask, at least right off.

Prior to the interview it is as mentioned wise to do some "homework" about the company. Especially in the case of a large company that is public traded. During an initial interview it is best to just answer questions and limit what you ask.
Generally your resume gets you in the door for an interview, so let them interview and ask the questions. If there is an interest in you they will generally bring you back for a second interview or make an offer. That is when you ask questions about pay, vacation, benifits and general company policy and procedure.
Focus on selling yourself initially then later worry about the company selling itself to you.
Just My Take...
