Norelco LFH 0095/54 Tape recprder

Post by KamPutty »

Hi all,

Does anyone know anything about the Norelco LFH 0095/54 Recorder? I just picked one up, and need to know how to power the thing! I cannot locate any hidden door (maybe it's still hidden?! ) where I can insert batteries etc.

I'm now guessing it's powered magically. At night magic pixies with magic power fill the magic power receiving place. With MAGIC.

Any thoughts...

Is this a tape/video recorder or something like a data/chart recorder?

If the latter perhaps it is powered by the serial/parallel port.

The 0088/54 model uses two AA batteries. Close?

You sure the whole back panel doesn't come off? I have seen some calculators and similar devices where the batteries are sealed inside and screws have to be removed in order to change them.

One place you might want to check is inside the tape compartment. I have a tape recorder where the battery door is covered up by the tape when you put it in. It took me about twenty minutes to find the battery door after I realized the battery was dead.
