Stepper motor pinout

Post by mpicco »

I'm trying to locate the pinout for a Superior Electric M091-FD-341B bipolar stepper motor. Currently I have a pair of these with the intention of incorporating them into an X-Y table.
Checking the web (Google & Superior/Warner) has come up empty.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Michael

Altavista.com with"superior electric" as search term finds "slosyn.com, which is superior electric.
Support leads us to slo-syn stepper motors catalog and wiring diagrams.I had to down load and open offline to read these .pdf. Trying to open online did not work for me.
For 4 wire the colors are Phase A RED and BLACK
Phase B WHITE/RED and WHITE/BLACK
There are 6 wire and 8 wire configurations described as well.
6 wire:
Phase A RED and BLACK and WHITE/RED no connect to black.
Phase B GREEN and WHITE and WHITE/GREEN no connect to white.
8 wire:
RED, BLACK connect to WHITE, WHITE/RED
GREEN, ORANGE connect to WHITE/BLACK , WHITE/GREEN
While I did not find the exact part number you quoted, all superior electric motors have the same color code.
