Analog design encompasses a wide range of skills. What area exactly are you looking at?<p>There was a mail-in course in Instrumentation Design offered by...I wanna say the ISA(?) Sorry I can't be more specific, it was a long time ago.<p>At the opposite (signal-level wise) end, some colleges offer courses in machine control & Mechatronics (combo of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering/control theory and software). I started a series of courses aimed at a Mechatronics certificate, but moved out of state after the first class. This included a lot of lab time building circuits.<p>I think for something that includes "hands on" work, you're best off looking towards a local university that offers post-baccalaureate or Masters education and taking a few courses that way. I can't imagine an online-only or CDROM class is going to have a lot of lab work.
