Hi there,
Do you need the whole book? You can usually find the data for
a device online now.

I have a good copy of the 1988 National Semiconductor CMOS Logic Databook It is about 1.5 inches thick. The cover says...
o MM54HC/74HCT/74HCT High Speed CMOS Family
o CD4000 Family
o MM54C/74C Family
o Surface Mount
Are you collecting these ?
Sherlock,
Thanks

Sherlock,
Thanks for the response; sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
What do you want for it?
I'm not collecting them, just wanted to browse over some data sheets/ap notes without being at the computer.

Did you get your data book? I have two boxes of databooks ready for recycling. In one I found a 1978 National CMOS databook, if you are still interested.

Haven't gotten one yet.
You wouldn't happen to have a book on EXAR integrated circuits, too, would you?
Thanks for the reply!

Sorry to be so long in getting back to you on the books. Just been leting this simmer for a while, messing with other things.
I was thinking about EXAR, because I've got a few 2242 chips, but I'm looking at the Intersil ICM7242 now.
I would like to find some 2005 & 2006 Nuts & Volts mags, though.
Thanks!

Hello -- If you want, I can copy both the Intersil ICM7242 and EXAR 2242 data sheets before I dispose of all these data books and either FAX or mail them to you.
