Look like dictation style headphones. Anyone still a transcriptionist? :)

These were used with an old portable GE Cassette Play/Recorder in the 1970's.

The GE Cassette Player/Recorder didn't survive no more than 3 years.
I replaced it for a Panasonic AM/FM Stereo Cassette {Boom Box}.

I don't know what happened too the Boom Box, since I gave it to one of my brothers to use.

Anyway.........
The Headphones are still fully functional, and I've used them with a Camcorder and Portable Video Recorder.
Wish I could of found actual replacement Ear Foam Pads, instead of having too make them myself.

That boom box looks like one I used to have! Actually, it was my late Uncle's before he gave it to me. With both phonograph and aux inputs and both aux and speaker outputs, it was a temporary base unit that he used for recording both his practices and creative sessions for his music, in addition to just listening to music. And let's not skip the 1/4" headphone jack. I think my eldest still has it.

How's the fidelity of the headphones? I remember seeing them back in the day but don't remember the specs.

Hmmm...........

I've tried looking up the spec's, but have found no info on what the frequency response range is on these.

Though, I found an old Radio Shack Ad from 1968 that says it could be used for dictation or hooked up to a CB for listening.
This makes me think that they have poorer bass response than larger Headphones.
This is true with most Ear Buds. :/
