WSPR Receiver LO part

The article says programmable oscillators can be found at Digi-Key. There are lots and lots of them there. Even filtering for 5V and thru-hole there are still lots. Can someone suggest a specific part number that'll do the job? Tnx.

I would like to know also. What OSC and crystal for a 30m unit? Is p.c. board available kit only?
