Hello,
I just wanted to put up a quick post to inform all the project builders out there about what we have to offer. Maybe some of you can make good use of these products.
We have a family of USB components that allow programmers to control servos, motors, lights, relays Etc. for building home automation, robotics, and similar projects. We also have many USB sensors which can be used for the same purpose.
If you know how to program then Phidgets are a great solution for many projects. We have temp sensors, motion sensors, an accelerometer, force sensor, light sensor, and more.
Here are our interfaces:

Here are our 2 types of sensors:

http://www.phidgetsusa.com/viewcategory ... SB+Sensors
There's more stuff at the site as well, servo controllers, displays, etc.
The basic idea is that people struggle with building projects that have electronic components which require a good understanding of electronic engineering. What Phidgets do is take care of all the difficult stuff and allow someone using common computer code to access an array of sensors, interfaces, and controllers very easily.
If you know how to code, then whatever you want to build can now be done using your computer as the control center.
We've also just added a home atutomation forum to the site for people to post questions regarding how to build certain projects using Phidgets.

Checked several pages on your web site. Looks to be usefull items at fair prices.
What I couldn't find in the documentation was what USB version you're using? USB 1.x or 2.x?

Hi Dale,
We are currently using 1.1 since the speed is plenty sufficient for running Phidgets and it is compatible with both 1.x and 2.x.
Thanks for your interest!
Matt
