Anybody have a datasheet, or know where to get one for a TA-306 8 pinDIP by Tashin???

Touchswitch chip

Hey Jeff,
Tashin TA-306...Is an 8 pin DIP used with a light...you touch the metal base of the light and it switches on (or off)...I cannot find a datasheet anywhere...

You say this is out of a lamp?

Well, goto your local hardware, or lighting store.
And look for a replacement module you can wire into the lamp.
Last one I pay for was under $20.

If you really want just the chip.

Tashin is a manufacturer of lighting products. I doubt thay are the originating OEM for the switch IC. But the part number may be theirs anyway.

you can buy them touch lamp moduals for less than 12.00 in
HOME CHEAPO or LOUSY lowes..lol
