How hack the joystick of PS3 ?

Hello,
I am read that the joystick of Playstation3 have 3 gyros . It's possible that it's hack to robot or other ????

What are the gyros in the joystick PS3 ?

This gyro is IDG 300. But the IDG 300 is CMS and it's hard to remove off pcb ?

This might better served in its re-direction to the more specific servo
portion of this site or even yet another forum(s):
The unit is already able to be sourced on a breakout board, in case
its small mechanical/electro interfacing is spooking you.
