we should change the terms of use agreement to allow the spammers but they would have to pay $5,000 a day to post. the bots would not see this and go ahead and post. we could let them stay for 3 or 4 days and then send them a bill. each state could have one of the registered users as a collection agent and anything he collected he would get to keep. seems to me if the advertiser had pay out he would quit spamming. the only way it will stop is if it cost them more than it is worth.
