Yah...I know that this isnt a repair room, but lets face it...this is the only room with compitent people in it...and any advice will help.
Ok..enuf of the schmoozing.....
I have the following unit, that only displays vertical color bars. While the bars are nice and clean, with no noise...they aint exactly what you would call "fun".

i used to work on arcade video games,, need more info..
checked the power supply of the game board ?

can you determin if its the game board or the montior ?

some game boards have manuals with them for toubleshooting..and test modes..
