You better check your measurments again. There is no way a car battery will stay "live" with a 700 ma load on it for 3 months. Probably not even 3 days. Are you sure that there wasn't some' delay off 'circuit still energized? If you had just recently shut all doors and then made your measurments, maybe this was happening. Try taking them 15 minutes after car is shut down and don't forget to pre-open your hoodlatch so you don't open any doors preceding the test.

Point seven amps per day is 16 amps per day or 1500 per three months?

That would be 17AmpHours per day, 1512 over 3 months.
