Update with the TO-220 package

Post by alby »

Few weeks ago I posted a request to the forum asking for help in using the non-standard spacing of the TO-220 package for a National Instruments H-bridge:

The consensus of the forum was that as there were no adaptors, the best option would be to build a board to convert its pin spacing to the standard used in breadboards.

As I didn't want to mess with building the board myself, I asked the folks at Spark Fun Electronics if they could build some for me, and they agreed. So if anybody is interested in this type of board, they have them for sale and I thought that I would share it with you guys, in case you need them.

Please note that I don't have any financial interest or any other relationship with them other than being their customer as they helped me to solve a problem in a way that it was the best for me.

It is also nice to see how small business listen to their customers and provide them with service when they needed.
