i am trying to work with a "C" program and get it compiled and converted to a hex file so i can load it into a pic chip , i downloaded SDCC and GPUTILS and have SDCC working fine but getting GPUTILS to load on a XP system is beyond me
, it is setup for a linux system and i understsnd it will load into an XP system , i just don't know how to go about doing it 
is there any other setup for working with pic chips in "C" on a windows system , i have MPLABS but it is assembly , thanks , dana
