I receive my volume normally between the 20th and the 27th each month. It's a bit late, but I'm at the top of the world, and thats a problem in some cases. I also get my online issue when everybody else get it, so I'm not that bad off.
I don't know the transit time for abroad, but I think I'm at the end of the line.
