Hi there,
I bought one and used it for a mouse trap. Beaming 3000+ watts across
a distance of two feet, and put a piece of cheese right in the middle
(just under the beam). A mouse comes along and POOF!
You dont hear any noise really, so when you wake up in the morning
all you see is a raisin (with little ears) on the floor where the cheese was.

And I thought MY sense of humor was warped! Poor mouse -- on second thought, maybe being zapped with LED energy is more humane than getting your neck crushed in an old fashioned trap -- Hmmm....

Yeah, that's what i was thinking too...he he...
better than breaking their little necks, and sometimes those
dang old fash traps catch them by the snout! OUCH! That's
nasty.
Actually in real life i catch mine live with an electric trap i made.
