Shafts for DC motors

I am looking for a shaft that is:
5/16" Double D (slotted on two sides) on one end and 1/2", 5/8" or 3/4" keyed on the other end (about 2-3" long)
Does anybody know if there is a place that makes them? Website?

They do make collars to convert shaft sizes up.
