Hello, I was looking for some help about DSS, I spend most of my electronics hobby playing with radio frequency and amateur radio, I am new here and haven't seen alot posted on this subject but maybe someone can help me out.I have been reading about DSS and I understand the basics of how DSS works but just how difficult would it be to decode. It seems that it would be nearly impossible, but could someone with the know how do this? Any thoughts or info on this subject would be a help. Thanks mHzman

How much money do you have? LOTS? Were talking Giga Hz for the most part, sometimes terra Hz. While the receivers are the same as low speed receivers in many ways, the minute you jump to billions of cycles and multiple decoding, its Mega bucks. 10 grand isn't outrageous just for a scope.
