Re: Q & A answer in mag payment
If I remember correctly - you get paid to write or answer questions in the Tech Forum column. I dont think there is payment for the Q & A Column by TJ Byers.
It might be better to send an email to the editor, [email protected] then tell him your name/mailing information and what question you answered and the issue it was published.

Re: Q & A answer in mag payment
If you get printed in the Forum, you get $25 cash/check,... or credit towards your subscription.
I have received many checks from them in the past for $25, and used others as CREDIT for my renewal of the magazine.
The checks can be quick to return, slow at times, and "call it in" to find out where it was lost in the mail also?
If you haven’t heard from them after two months, perhaps make a call.

I'm waiting for a check now. There has never been a problem in the past but it has been some time......
