lcd help

Does anyone know the starting line addresses for a 4 line by 16 character lcd display. I know line #1 is at $80 and line #2 is at $C0 I need the address for lines 3 and 4. Thanks for any help you can give.

You should check how meny ROM does the LCD has/<p>I used a 2 line * 16 character LCD and I know that I have extra 24 RAM cells at each end of each line.
I'll explain:
the LCD has 2*40 RAM cells but only 16 out of 40 characters are implemented on this part. As I understand, the RAM moudule of all LCDs is the same' only that in LCDs where not all characters exist the extra RAM can be used for a general use.
