Xilinx help needed...Hacking into one...

I have a xilinx chip on an old obsoloet part and cannot get any help with the information on the chip, i have found one guy who worked for the company before they closed, but he has helped to his extent, now basically i need somoene to help me find an avenue that can get into a xilinx cpld chip which has read/write protection set on it, please help....
