I WHOULD LIKE TO POST TO EVERYONE THAT I FOUND A REPLACEMENT FOR THE NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR MM5369 60Hz TIME-BASE CHIP. T :) ;) :cool: :eek: HIS CHIP HAS BEEN DISCOUNTINED BY NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR SINCE THE SUMMER OF 1997. HOW EVER I FOUND A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS CHIP. IT'S AVAILABLE FROM ELM ELECTRONICS AT http://www.elmelectronics.com/ELM440

Not to worry…but the one I sent you is well on the way, as of Fri …seems like I had both 60~ and 100~ outputs units and found the 100~ unit first, so I dug ever deeper and finally found the specific unit that you needed.
Better yet, OEM code dated '76…wooo…..Wooooo.
