Subscription problems

Post by upand_at_them »

Anyone else have problems with their subscription?

I never received November's issue, despite customer service saying they mailed me another issue. That was a month ago. And I haven't received December's issue either now.

I'm paid through February and they don't answer any of my emails.

I hate to report them to the BBB, because they are the only electronics magazine left in the U.S. But I also hate being cheated.

I haven't gotten Dec yet either. I see people discussiong one of the Dec projects so someone must have gotten a copy.

I guess I shouldn't have bitched about the mag earlier...

No December for me either...

I'm bitching because I never got November's either. I hope they do the honest thing and extend my subscription, refund the money, or mail the missing issues.

I haven't received my December issue either. Just tonight I sent a message regarding the missing issue, so will have to wait and see what happens.

Mine's running a bit late too. I usually get them 3-6 days before the month of the issue.

added-

Okay, it arrived today.

I'm on the east coast, and I haven't
received the December issue yet. I
almost always receive the coming month's
issue in the last week of the previous
month. :)

Whoa! Daniel in Bellingham WA gets his copy and no one else has. No offense Daniel but that makes no sense. Bellingham usually is pretty far from the beaten USPS track. I believe all the US mail for Bham goes through Seattle and I didn't get mine today. Something is screwey.

To be fair, Bham has the best radio museum in the world with an amazing collection Atwater-Kent breadboard radios and some really incredible early electricity expermental aparatus but still....

I got a year subscription about 9 monthes ago. I've recieved countless "renew now!" notices (probably 2 a month), but I've only recieved about 3 or 4 magazines. I won't be re-upping my sub.

Does everyone have the new contact info for the subscription department? If not visit the CONTACT US page on the NV website. You can email customer service at [email protected]. Its not a problem to have a missed issue resent from Nuts & Volts, just contact customer service within a reasonable time.
