I just received the latest Harbor Freight catalog - it has a digital multi-m for $4.99 ---- 20MICROA TO 200 MILLAMP, 0 -200 TO 0 - 39K R, 0 - 200 mV TO ? DC and 0 - 200 AND 0 - 750 Vac - get two or three of them and you can't go wrong.

That was the problem eecept my plate was warped rather than cracked. I made a few phone calls, and was unable to locate a new plate, so out it went in the trash. For a $150 meter to have such a poor design with no parts available made me vow never again.<p>Ron
