HP part identification

Hi,
I have an HP Single digit led display It has an HP part number 1990-0330 It looks similar to the TIL311 from the front. It must have the decoder/driver logic buit in. It has eight pins. Does anyone know the pinout or cross reference number. I have emailed several people including HP and agilent and have no results. Thanks, Hal

goto BG Micro their download page ahs the pin out and spec for the HP matrix displays.<p>
