AC/DC conversion to simulate car voltage

Would someone please send me a circuit schematic that will convert 120VAC to 12VDC. I would like the 12VDC to simulate the same 12VDC we get from car cigarette lighters. (It can be that crude). I'll be using the circuit to power the same type of adapters such as cell phones and cd players that we plug into our car cigarette lighters.<p>Much appreciated.<p>tony
