surveillance tools
We are looking for a surveillance tool that would immediately send a signal to our business when someone or something arrives or breaks a barrier at a selected site within our community.<p>If you can help us out please respond
Re: surveillance tools
How far apart are these locations? The signals could be sent by telephone or radio, which is preferable? It is not generally known, but there are channels set aside in the 27mHz CB band for radio control or telemetering. These are unnumbered channels interspersed in the lower 13 channels.
What kind of sensor? Do you want to sense a truck or a person? A person walking a corridor or climbing a fence?

Re: surveillance tools
An easy way of doing this would be to buy a p.i.r. motion detector at leows or somewhere-about $25.00 and mount it along with an extention cord or installed wiring system so it covers the zone you wish to protect. That will light up anytime some one-thing passed through its window.A siren or 10x xmitter could be hooked op to it with a little imagination
