Daytime running lights

Post by agee74 »

I'm looking for a module OR circuit to add DRL to my Ram pickup. Does anyone have any information on this or are aware of any plans published by N&V?

A newer car may have a place to plug a module directly in without extra wiring (as is required in some markets like Canada). Check with the Dodge dealer for the part.<p>Here is a link to a basic module for $10 you can install yourself. http://www.jcwhitney.com/productnoitem. ... 39&BQ=jcw2. It's basically a relay or solid state switch between the battery and the low beam wire that is switched by the "ignition on" power lead. Don't forget to put fuses in the critical spots (in series with battery connections).
